SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE
All shipments to destinations in Greece are made without extra charge, regardless of the amount of your order.
The products ordered are shipped to the address you have set through the courier company "Geniki Taxydromiki" (www.taxydromiki.gr). Alternatively, when checking out choose to personally pick up your parcel from any of the 285 of "Geniki Taxydromiki" stores in Greece, after a telephone warning.
For shipments abroad we have chosen the courier company "TNT" (www.tnt.com).
The charge in such cases varies according to the destination and the total weight (or volume weight) of each product that has been ordered. The shipping cost is available during the checkout process after you verify the shipping information.
SHIPPING TIME / DELIVERY
The main concern of eshop fwbags.com is its clients excellent and fast service. Our goal is to provide products of the highest quality in the market at the lowest prices and within the fastest delivery time.
The orders are being sent by us on the same day, provided they are restigered until 14:00 of the same working day and there is no problem with the availability or other cause to delay (eg. Need to identify customer data through the use of a suspicious credit card).
The delivery time for orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is usually 2-3 business days.
For shipments abroad, the delivery time is 5-7 working days.
If a product is not in stock, you will be notified promptly by us for the estimated delivery time.
F. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Changes in products which were bought online can be also done in the physical store shown here.
In all cases you want to return the product you have purchased (change of color or design, replacement, repair or refund), you need to register at a relevant refund request with the required information by clicking the following link: Send return's data.
Once your request is reviewed by our staff, you will receive an email notification of the approval of the return and instructions of the process and the shipping address.
Products that are being returned should always stand in their original packaging.
If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must obligatorily use another bag of your choice in order to adequately protect the inner packaging.
Once we receive your return you will receive notification email again and then you will be informed about the final outcome of the request. After that, through our communication you will manifest us your interest in a new product your interested and if available, the value of the product will be taken into account of that returned. If there is any difference in the price of the products, a new deposit must be made and then we send it to the address provided.
For your convenience and for organization and reliability reasons, we recommend you always use this feature of our store and not seek to return products by telephone.
CHANGES OF PRODUCTS
If you wish to change the product purchased - and only if the product is not used - you should post a request here within 14 days of receipt and send the product back to us within 3 days from the date of the approval of your request.
For orders within Greece, the customer undertake the transportation costs for the product's return and the standar shipping cost of the replacement (depending on destination).

If the product received does not correspond to the product ordered, you should post a request here within five days of receipt and send the product back to us within 3 days from the date of the approval of your request.
In this case the customer is not being charged for the replacement.
If a product is proved defective within 6 months of its sale, we undertake to repair or even replace it with a new one (in the case of non-repair), without any expense for you. Once the defect is detected, you must register a request here, so you get directions for the return and the replacement process. If a replacement is considered necessary and there is availability, you can choose between replacement by another equivalent product of your choice or to get in return all or part of its value in money. The amount of the refund in case of defective products used is the initial estimated value, reduced by 10% for every month that has elapsed from the initial sale.
REFUND / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If for any reason you wish to return the product purchased and you're not interested in replacing it with another, you need to register a refund request here within 14 days of receipt and send the product back to us within 7 days from the approval of the request. Additionally, you will bear the direct costs of returning (shipment) the products back to our company.
After the product has been returned and it's been determined that it has not been used and it is in excellent condition (as the same product, and the packaging), you will be refunded the total amount paid. If the payment is made by cash on delivery method, the refund will be made by wire transfer to a bank account you indicate.
In all cases of refund you are being charged by the cost of returning the product since it has to be returned at your expense.
